Are you an organised and customer-focused professional with strong administrative skills? We are looking for a Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our camp, providing excellent front-of-house service and administrative support.
What You’ll Be Doing:✔️ Managing reception duties, including answering calls, greeting visitors, and issuing access passes
✔️ Handling the site accommodation booking system and ensuring accuracy
✔️ Assisting with general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and maintaining records
✔️ Liaising with the housekeeping team to ensure smooth communication and operations
✔️ Supporting the site administrator when required
✔️ Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and company procedures
✔️ Maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times
✅ Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, ideally in a large unit or hotel environment
✅ Strong organisational and multitasking skills
✅ Excellent communication and customer service abilities
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
✅ Ability to work under pressure and remain calm and professional
✅ A proactive and flexible approach to work
✅ Checkable references
? NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant area
? Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, including COSHH
? Experience in a similar role within facilities management or hospitality
