Summary
Title: Semi Skilled Labourer / General Operative The Best Connection West Bromwich are currently recruiting for various Semiskilled Operatives to join our clients fantastic manufacturing company based within the heart of Great Bridge/Wednesbury. Pay: £11.44 per hour. Hours: 07:30 - 15:30 Monday to Friday. Overtime is available. If successful, after 12 weeks potential perm position available with pay increase. CV required before starting this role. You will be working within a state-of-the-art manufacturing environment; you will be trained up within various departments to learn the whole process. Please see main duties below.
Daily duties include: Prepare materials prior to processing. Using a roller to apply a coat prior to spraying/painting. Spraying/painting products. Quality inspection. You will be trained on various sections. If you have worked within spraying, painting, car body filling, it would be advantageous.
What qualities we are looking for: Good work ethic. Flexible to work in various departments. Punctual and good attendance. Able to work under pressure. Good communication skills. Team player.
