Summary
Title: Sales Representative / Sales Consultant Our client a leading specialist in the design, manufacturer and supply of sustainable and environmental friendly performance lighting products for the street, Tunnel and exterior lighting markets. Require a Internal sales support Co-ordinator to join their expanding sales and marketing team.
Purpose of the role; To support sales growth and operational efficiency by acting as a central point of contact for the UK sales team and customers. To field enquiries and arrange quotations. Responsibilities and duties; Manage emails and telephone enquiries from UK customers including tunnel,street lighting and group customers. Create customer quotations Utilise and update CRM where appropriate Liaise with field sales team to provide internal information where needed. Liaise with technical/operational teams to resolve customer issues and field sales requirements Attend exhibitions and demovan showcases as required Create positive working relationships with other departments Provide cover as and when needed for sales administration function and reception Maintain good understanding of the companies product range Be available and engaged with training opportunities Experienced required; External lighting products and specifications Experience in a customer facing role Using CRM systems and creating quotations Dealing with people on the telephone Working pattern; 08.45 - 17.00 Monday to Friday with 1 hours lunch break 25 days annual holiday entitlement plus Bank Holidays Pension scheme upto 7% match by company If you are interested in this position and would like to find out more please contact Steph Smith today on 01527 591141.
