Summary

Trilateral Research is recruiting for a Senior Product Manager to join our Socio-Tech for Good team. This role can be conducted remotely within the United Kingdom, although there is expected to be travel (especially in/around London) for events and project meetings.

As part of this team, you will be responsible for owning, developing, and executing the product strategy to realise the vision for a product targeting the AI assurance market.

Requirements
Required education and experience

Essential:

Bachelor's degree to support responsibilities (preferably in a business-related discipline).

Minimum of 4 years' experience in product management within a SaaS environment.

Experience applying agile principles, tools, and methods for software/product development.

Experience influencing and executing strategies across the software development lifecycle, including discovery, development, and production.

Experience leading pilot and evaluation efforts with prospective customers to inform product requirements, roadmap, and strategy.

Experience prioritising and planning product goals to meet business objectives.

Proven experience working in interdisciplinary product teams and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders.



Desirable:

Experience of working with public sector clients.

Certifications or accreditations in project management methodologies, e.g., APMP, PMQ, PRINCE2, PPM, CSM, Agile/Scrum.

Leadership and/or people management experience.



Professional knowledge and technical skills

Essential:

Proven project and product management skills including product strategy definition, coordination, monitoring, user testing, prioritisation, and evaluation of product vision and roadmap.

Working knowledge of business value propositions to support marketing and sales efforts within target markets.

Demonstrable understanding of sociotechnical development and explainable AI.

Proven expertise and knowledge in the RegTech or AI assurance industries (or closely related areas).

Competent working with Microsoft applications (Office Suite, SharePoint) and project management software (Confluence, Jira etc.)

Strong ability to navigate complexity, reduce uncertainty and chart a well-reasoned plan of action.



Desirable:

Demonstrable interest in/understanding of the sociotechnical implications of using data science and cloud platforms for delivering social good.

Advanced presentation and facilitation skills.

Active listening skills with an ability to use emotional intelligence in a working environment.

Effective time management skills, with the ability to manage a varied workload within strict deadlines.
