Summary
We provide high quality, friendly and effective community health services from some 60 sites including Health Centres and GP surgeries. Covering Walsall and beyond, our multidisciplinary services include rapid response in the community and home-based care, so that those with long-term conditions and the frail and elderly, can remain in their own homes to be cared for wherever appropriate. The post holder will be responsible for the day to day management of the service promoting high standards of care, efficient and effective use of resources, achieving safe staffing levels, troubleshooting operational issues and ensuring targets and KPIs are met within the midwife led unit will work clinical shifts 50% and management 50% Be part of the community team leads team
