Summary
Job Title: Technical Support Consultant
Location: Telford, Shropshire
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week) – Part-Time Considered
Salary Range: Dependent on Experience + 25 days annual leave

Role Overview:
As a Technical Support Consultant, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and implementing GIS and AutoCAD drawings to support fieldwork and reports. The role requires a strong working knowledge of GIS and/or AutoCAD, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading on GIS and AutoCAD drawings to support fieldwork and reporting
Collaborating with colleagues to ensure accurate and high-quality technical outputs
Working independently and proactively within the team
Contributing to the development and implementation of technical processes
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for candidates with:
A relevant qualification or ability to demonstrate relevant experience
2-3 years’ experience in a similar role within an office or professional service environment
Strong working knowledge of GIS, AutoCAD, and other relevant software
Excellent and accurate computer-based drawing skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload effectively
A proactive and collaborative approach to work
A valid driving license
