The RoleWe're looking for a Project Manager to drive the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across our portfolio. You'll oversee budgets, quality, and stakeholder engagement while managing Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
What You'll Do- Lead and motivate project teams to deliver high-value outcomes.
- Manage stakeholder communications and governance.
- Improve processes and champion best practices.
- Oversee resource allocation, Jira boards, and key documentation.
- Deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Proven experience in Agile (Scrum, sprints) and Waterfall project delivery.
- Strong track record of managing complex IT/software projects.
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Financial services experience is a plus.
