What You’ll Do Senior Residential Support Worker: Lead, mentor, and support a team of residential support workers
Create a safe, positive, and structured space for children to grow
Oversee care plans, risk assessments, and behaviour management
Ensure safeguarding and health & safety compliance
Lead shifts, allocate tasks, and maintain high standards of care
✅ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) – Essential
✅ Experience in residential childcare & supporting young people
✅ Strong understanding of safeguarding & behaviour management
✅ Leadership & mentoring experience in a care setting
✅ A full UK driving licence
