The Opportunity: - Graduate Teaching Assistant

We are working with secondary schools across Leicestershire that are looking for graduates eager to gain hands on experience in the classroom

What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Teaching and delivering lessons in your specialist subject, supported by experienced educators.
    • Planning, marking, and assessing students’ work, contributing to their academic progress.
    • Engaging and motivating students, fostering a love for learning.
    • Working closely with department heads and mentors, gaining first-hand insight into the teaching profession.
    • Developing your skills in behaviour management, lesson planning, and effective classroom strategies.

    What We’re Looking For: Graduate Teaching Assistant

      • A 2:1 or above in a core subject from a top 30 University.
      • Matching A Levels and GCSE's
      • A strong desire to pursue a career in teaching.
      • as a Graduate Teaching Assistant you will Propel Students and prepare them for what comes next education wise
      • Passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed.
      • Prior experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, or coaching) is advantageous but not essential.
