Summary
IT Apprenticeship - Full Time
We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Apprenticeship at North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College.
Whilst on the job, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification delivered by the training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
Job Purpose:
Provide 1st line technical support and assistance to end-users across the organisation.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up and configuring computer systems, and assisting in the maintenance and management of the company's IT infrastructure.
Key point of contact for resolving IT-related problems, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.
Full training and support will be provided and you will also receive support from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
£16,923 per annum Apprentices aged 18-20
£22,511 per annum Apprentices aged 21 +
Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm
25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
Local Government pension scheme
Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
A willingness to learn from senior team members and contribute to team goals.
Punctuality and reliability in fulfilling responsibilities and meeting deadlines.
Grade 5 in GCSE English and Grade 4 in GCSE Maths.
Eligibility Criteria:
You must have the right to work in the UK, and valid residency status to apply for this apprenticeship.
