YOUR ROLE:
As a Wills and Probate Fee Earner, you’ll manage a varied caseload with autonomy, providing expert legal advice on:
âœ”ï¸ Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
âœ”ï¸ Trust creation and administration
âœ”ï¸ Court of Protection matters
âœ”ï¸ Estate administration (both testate and intestate)
âœ”ï¸ Variations of Wills
You’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding client care, ensuring cases progress efficiently, and building strong relationships with clients and professional contacts. You’ll also support marketing initiatives and contribute to the firm’s reputation as a trusted legal provider.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We’re seeking a qualified Solicitor or Fellow of CILEx (minimum 2 years PQE) with:
