Summary
Develop and implement safe and individualised exercise programmes for patients with cardiac conditions. Set appropriate exercise-based goals with the patient Teach cardiovascular and strength training exercises. Monitor and track patient progress and adjust programmes accordingly Provide education on safe exercise and the benefits of regular exercise for cardiac health Provide a comprehensive, exercise plan on discharge Maintain the equipment and a clean and safe environment Liaise regularly with the clinical specialist team regarding treatment progression and ongoing care of patients To maintain patient records accurately and legibly in accordance with Trust guidelines.
