Do you want to take your Swim Teacher career to the next level?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Swim Coordinator to join our Team at Yate!
Supporting the Swim Manager, you will assist in the planning, development and growth of the Swim School!
As someone who is passionate about swimming, you will ensure the agreed staffing levels are implemented, providing safe and fun
swim sessions to children and adults as outlined in the Swim Programme.
You will..
• Administer the swim programmes, dealing with course enrolments, payments and customer enquiries.
• Ensure all aspects of the course programmes adhere to and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Be a great communicator, liaising with Centre Management, Swim Instructors and Customers.
• Have a professional and confident manner whilst remaining calm under pressure
• Have a minimum Level 1/STA Level 2 Award in Swim Teaching qualification.
12 Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Leave Cover)
16 hours per week.
