NetPMD is dedicated to providing innovative solutions in fibre design and deployment. We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team and drive the successful execution of fibre design projects.

Job Summary:
The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of fibre design projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strong understanding of fibre optics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and construction teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of project milestones.
• Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary to meet changing requirements.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to fibre design and installation.
• Skilled in monitoring and analysing a project's operational performance, with the ability to report on its financial status
• Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in fibre optics or telecommunications.
• Strong understanding of fibre design principles and technologies.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
• UK Based with the ability to regularly travel to the head office in Oswestry, Shropshire and London office.
