Summary

Salary: £26,000 £30,000 (minimal experience) £30,000- £36,000 (experience)
Hours: 9am-5.30pm Monday - Friday
Benefits: Hybrid working, Up to 3 days in the office/ 2 days from home during training, after 3 months can be up to 4 days from home/ 1 day in the office - depending on business needs so this could change. You must be a driver due to the rural office location.

This is a fantastic new opportunity for an individual with an excellent telephone manner, superb interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

You will have experience within an office coordination role previously with a high degree of administrative accuracy and daily client communication.

You will be responsible for liaising with transport companies, clients, delivery agents, customs and much more on a daily basis, overseeing specific projects and seeing them through from beginning to end - resolving issues and ensuring the requirement runs smoothly.

You must have a strong administrative and client communication based background, be confident using MS office and be a driver due to the office rural location.
