Summary
Provide rehabilitation as instructed by a registered therapist either in the community or transitional care bed setting Complete falls assessments and, alongside registered therapist, analyse results and suggest treatment plan Support with the provision of equipment with the guidance of a registered therapist Deliver a therapy programme as agreed by a registered therapist Use your personal effectiveness and knowledge to participate in team activities Communicate to a high level with patients, carers, health professionals and other services Participate clinical supervision and training Work towards role specific competencies Work closely within a multi-disciplinary team to promote independence
