Summary
MON TO FRI ONLY (free onsite parking)
Based in the centre of Macclesfield, and close to all public transport links our client is keen to make an addition to their Customer Service team. You will need to have previous telephone based customer service or call centre experience, along with grade C / 4 in Maths.
CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR DUTIES
- Handling inbound calls from customers
- Making customer call backs
- Transferring calls to the appropriate department
- Gathering customer information and updating their records
- Chasing customers for outstanding information
CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR REQUIREMENTS
- Proven call centre / call handling experience
- A genuine love for customer service
- Great rapport builder
