Summary
See attached JD and Person Specification The post holder will be expected to work Monday-Friday to fulfil the requirements of this post but flexibility can be given regarding the start and finish times. The Team Lead will have designated responsibility for the day to day management and clinical leadership of the Mental Health Liaison Service. The post-holder will manage and co-ordinate the team within its day to day activity ensuring that plans and targets are fulfilled. The Team Lead will ensure team activity supports efficient use of resources in line with an allocated budget and is in line with required performance parameters and quality standards.
