Role: Production Administrator
Location: Fareham
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Holt Recruitment is working with an Electrical manufacturer in Fareham. They are looking for a Production Administrator to join the company on a permanent, full-time basis. No hybrid or remote working is available.
What’s the role?
Production Administrator duties will include:
- Verifying that engineering document revisions align with customer orders and generating Route Cards when required by production, in accordance with the production plan.
- Preparing Job Packs based on the Engineering Configuration Control Sheet.
- Managing and maintaining the Engineering Kanban Board.
- Coordinating with engineers to ensure timely release of updated assembly documentation.
- Assisting engineers with the revision and update of Assembly Aids and other engineering documents.
- Performing additional tasks as needed by the business, as assigned and approved by the Lead Engineer.
What do you need?
Essential:
- Previous experience of MRP systems
- Experience in manufacturing
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent PC skills including MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Good attention to detail
- Desire to meet deadlines
Desirable:
- Knowledge of electronics production techniques
