Summary
The multi-disciplinary team consists of highly motivated and skilled professionals with innovative ideas about service development, and the post holder will have an active role in service improvement, strategic development, performance delivery, project management and promoting innovative practice. Working in partnership with the team managers, support managers, professional leads, external partners, Clinical Lead and Lead Psychiatrists the post holder will support robust leadership of multi-disciplinary clinicians to ensure effective, evidenced based assessment and treatment, equity of access and a culture of continuous quality improvement.
