We are looking for an Appliance Grader to work at our Newark Site working Monday to Friday 1pm - 7pm. You will be responsible for grading the domestic appliances for re-use.
What you’ll do as an Appliance Grader:
• Grading a wide range of domestic appliances outdoors
• Moving heavy items across site with use of sack trolley
• Completing basic required paperwork
• Proactively helping and supporting other team members when there is any downtime.
• Determining whether the product is suitable to be repurposed and re-sold.
What we’re looking for as an Appliance Grader:
• Must be able to follow instructions
• Good attention to detail is essential.
• Physically able as the role is moving heavy items with a sack barrow across site.
Applicants must be physically capable as the job requires manual handling of electrical appliances. You will be required to work outdoors in all weather, PPE and wet weather gear provided.
An immediate start is available, full training will be given and an ability to understand work-based instructions is essential. We are looking for someone with a positive/can do attitude that wants to be part of our team.
