Summary
The Engineering Department is seeking a skilled and passionate Engineering Hand Skills Trainer to deliver high-quality practical and theoretical training. Your Responsibilities Will Include:
As an Engineering Hand Skills Trainer, your key responsibilities will be:
Delivering engaging practical and theoretical training sessions across apprenticeship and FE pathways.
Designing and developing innovative training materials, including online resources, ensuring effective employer engagement and skill development.
Providing high-quality assessment, feedback, and evaluation to drive continuous improvement.
Supporting curriculum development, quality assurance, and student success initiatives.
Contributing to student recruitment through interviews, open days, and industry events.
