Summary

Role - Office Administrator - Test Services

Location - Cranfield

Pay - £15.84 per hour

Hours - Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am - 1.20pm Working patten- 5 days a week in the office.

12 months fixed term contract.

We are looking for a positive, flexible, and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Office Administrator supporting our client at their Cranfield Site.

Main Role Responsibilities

  • Provide administration support for the Test Services team, such as writing up reports, collating data, logging of Risk Assessments etc.
  • Support recruitment activities and on-boarding for new starters.
  • Raise orders, receipt of goods, processing of invoices.
  • Support to send test parts off-site.
  • Assist the Stores team to book in parcels.
  • Arrange test track permits.
  • Learn the bespoke Nissan systems required to fulfil the role.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, cost and capture knowledge.
  • Demonstrate that Test Service administration is being delivered in a timely and accurate manner to support the department KPI's.
  • Ensure a strong relationship with service providers is maintained.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times to support NTCE projects.

Experience and Skills

  • Excellent organisational & communication skills.
  • Previous administrative experience required
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A positive 'can do' flexible attitude.
  • Be able to manage and prioritise own workload.
  • Fully proficient in Excel data management and producing graphs.
  • A good knowledge of Word and PowerPoint for report writing & presentation preparation.
  • Experience of a busy office environment, desirable but not essential
  • Educated to a good GCSE level with grade 4 or above in English and Math's.
  • Full manual driving licence, desirable but not essential.
