About the Role

In this role you will lead, manage and direct the delivery of a high-quality suite of catalogues that are fit for purpose, meet customer expectations, that are delivered on-time and within budget. You will be responsible for the Catalogue team in terms of budget, resources, objectives and performance management. You will be the lead for Supply Chain as well as chairing panels of other groups where necessary. You will drive catalogue product content as well as develop content ranges in line with key customer sectors and segments. You will also need to be able to develop strong relationships with key customers, customer groups and other key stakeholders including DfE and BESA through regular communication to position ESPO as the number one provider in its sector.

About You

To apply for this post, you must:

  • Be educated to degree level or have extensive experience
  • Have in depth experience of managing a large multi-disciplined team in a medium/large company/organisation to achieve commercial success
  • Be able to project-manage complex catalogue production programmes across multiple brands, involving inputs from a wide range of stakeholders, customers and multi-disciplined internal teams.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering consistent high performance within budget and to exacting standards, meeting strict milestones and deadlines.
  • Be able to Influence and build relationships at a senior level with key stakeholders including suppliers, customers and partners to deliver business growth.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels using written & verbal communication; make presentations to internal and external groups.
  • Manage risk and take appropriate action to mitigate risk whilst continuously striving for innovation and compliance with relevant standards.
