We are looking for a super confident, efficient, proactive and extremely organised booking coordinator to join our very friendly, professional Reception Team in our lovely OH building just off Long Road, Cambridge.

You will work closely with our experienced and supportive Team Leader managing the referral workload. Ensuring clinics are fully utilised and KPIs are met. You will have excellent communication skills and be self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail whilst also providing a high level of customer service.

You will welcome and treat everyone in a friendly and courteous manner with discretion whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times.

This is a full-time role which requires flexible working to cover the core OH opening hours of 07:30 and 17:00, Monday to Friday.

Negotiate all appointments within Trust and Government targets with patients in a professional and timely manner and cancel and amend appointments as appropriate in accordance with approved guidelines.

Fully understand Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets in relation to the patient pathway and associated appointments.

Register and manage all referrals accurately; checking and updating existing registrations using the OH database system to ensure that all information is correct and data compliant.ct as first point of contact for bookings of referrals from the various teams and work to find solutions.

Manage the cancellation list. Bringing appointments forward if possible and ensuring clinics are fully utilised.

Deal with all telephone enquiries internal and external in a calm, professional, courteous and timely manner, redirecting calls as appropriate.
