We are looking for a full time (40 hours per week) receptionist to provide front of house services at the Harborough Innovation Centre.
The Harborough Innovation Centre (HIC) provides support services to start-up and growing businesses in the Harborough district. As the first point of contact for our residential businesses and visitors using our flexible workspaces, meeting and conference rooms, you will work as part of a friendly and dedicated team delivering first class, professional customer service. Ensuring all enquiries are processed to the required performance standards and complying with the Council’s policies & procedures are key responsibilities of this post.
Applicants should have previous experience of administrative and clerical duties and possess good customer liaison skills. Duties also include provision of a telephony service and mail handling on behalf of the businesses associated with the Innovation Centre.

The closing date for receipt of completed applications is 9am Monday 24th February 2025. Interviews will be held on 6th / 7th March 2025.
