Summary
You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs, coaching sessions and team development initiatives that drive positive change and enhance team effectiveness. Leading and inspiring a team is a key aspect of this role. You will play a crucial part in guiding and motivating your team members, ensuring their success, and contributing to the overall impact of our Centre of Excellence. You'll collaborate across the Centre of Excellence on impactful OD projects, achieving shared Trust goals. You'll also partner with line managers, supporting their leadership development through coaching and experience. A data-driven approach is essential. You will analyse data and evaluate the impact of OD interventions to inform future design and delivery, ensuring that our programs are effective and aligned with organisational goals. A role model for the trusts values and behaviours to ensure our values are supported and embedded in all elements across the organisation. Furthermore, continuous professional development is essential. You will have access to ongoing Organisational Development (OD) support to boost your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain at the forefront of best practice.
