Summary
Cedars at Grace Anderson Ward Community & In-Patient Services at Teddington Memorial Hospital providing 24 hour nursing and rehabilitation to adult patients. The Clinical Support Worker will work as part of our bank of staff and is a valued member of the nursing team providing direct patient care under the supervision of a trained nurse. The Support Worker provides personal care to patients including help with washing, dressing and feeding and also assists patients to meet their rehabilitation goals.
