University College London Hospitals (UCLH) is seeking a dynamic Digital Innovation Project Manager. This pivotal role sits at the heart of UCLH's approach to harnessing cutting-edge technology and data to revolutionize clinical care and patient and staff experience. The successful candidate will:
• Play a key role in delivering the recently established Digital Innovation Hub's strategy. Your work will directly impact patient care and operational efficiency across UCLH.
• Lead and facilitate projects and innovators involving Artificial Intelligence, Process Automation, and other digital technologies. Your expertise will bring transformative solutions to life, impacting healthcare delivery.
• Work alongside professionals from UCLH, University College London (UCL), and various external partners. Your efforts in fostering a digital innovation community will create lasting impacts.
• UCLH offers a stimulating environment where creativity meets technology. You'll assist with the management of a portfolio of high-profile projects, ensuring alignment with UCLH's objectives and values.

Key Responsibilities:
• Utilise systems like Teams, ClickUp, SharePoint, and Outlook.
• Provide advice on digital innovation processes and interdependencies.
• Develop and report on KPIs for digital projects.
• Identify and implement improvements for digital standardisation and adoption.
• Collaborate with teams on new digital processes.

Project Management:
• Plan and manage complex digital innovation projects.
• Conduct detailed project planning, set milestones, and assign tasks.
• Monitor progress, adjust strategies, and address risks/issues.
• Analyse data for actionable recommendations and innovative solutions.
• Refine digital project delivery approaches.

Communication & Relationship
• Build effective relationships across divisions.
• Deliver training and presentations on digital projects.

Team & Financial Management:
• Supervise and support junior staff on projects.
• Manage project resources daily.
• Act as budget holder, monitor spending, and manage procurement.

Operational Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on policy and procedure implementation for digital innovations.
• Use IT applications to create reports and maintain project information.
• Undertake R&D activities during project initiation.

General Responsibilities:
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection guidelines.
• Follow the Trust’s Dress Code policy.
• Work flexibly across digital innovation areas.
• Assist with orientation and training of new staff.
