Carers pride themselves on maintaining positive relationships with parents/ carers and hold regular nursery association meetings to encourage parents to contribute their views.
Staff are welcoming and friendly and have a wealth of experience in all aspects of childcare. There is a well resourced and stimulating outdoor area and a variety of extra curricular activities. Healthy snacks are prepared at the site.
They have fluent speakers in French, Somali, Urdu, Turkish and English.
