What skills and experience we're looking for

General Teaching Assistant & Midday Supervisor Assistant predominantly in Key Stage One (based at Spennithorne)

We are looking for a General Teaching Assistants and Midday Supervisor Assistants to join our thriving federation family. These posts will be to support in year one and two at Spennithorne, although you may be required to work across the federation.

We are seeking someone who will:

• Be highly motivated, passionate and have successful experience at supporting children in the classroom
• Be dedicated to ensuring the highest quality learning experiences for all children
• Have a willingness to contribute to and be part of a team with an eagerness to play a part in the full life of our busy school
• Share our vision and ethos for the highest standards in all aspects of school life

What the school offers its staff

Grade: C SCP 2-4 (GTA), Grade B (MSA)

Salary:

• GTA: £24,027 - £24,404 per annum, pro rata
• MSA: £23,656 per annum, pro rata

Vacancy Hours:

• GTA 21.25 Monday & Tuesday 8.45 – 12pm & 1 – 3.30pm, Wednesday – Friday 8.45 – 12pm
• MSA (2.5 hours) Grade B Monday - Friday 12 – 12.30pm

Contract Type: Term Time only, Fixedterm contract (ending August 2025)
