Hours: 32.5hrs per week, 39 weeks per year (Term time only)
To Start: 1st April 2025
The Headteacher and Governing Body of Pencaerau Primary School are looking to appoint a passionate, caring and dynamic teaching assistants who are committed to children’s wellbeing and learning.
We are a school at the heart of its community with high aspirations for all.
Applicants should be friendly, be able to work as part of a team, be able to establish genuine relationships with children and their families, have experience of supporting children’s learning, be comfortable following children’s interests and most importantly enjoy working with children.
The successful candidate will demonstrate commitment to working with pupils with a range of education, behaviour and emotional needs.
Good standards of numeracy, literacy and ICT skills are needed as well as an understanding of child development.
These vacancies are suitable for post share.
Under the Education (Wales) Act 2014, all School Learning Support Workers must be registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
