Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests with the use of leisure facilities, including fitness centers, swimming pools, tennis courts, and spa amenities
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering guest inquiries, providing information on facilities and services, and addressing any concerns or issues
  • Monitor the cleanliness and maintenance of leisure facilities, ensuring they meet health and safety standards
  • Assist with organizing and promoting leisure activities and events for guests, such as fitness classes, tournaments, and wellness programs
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards, reporting any issues to management
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and promote leisure facilities and services

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a leisure, hospitality, or fitness environment
  • Passion for health, fitness, and providing exceptional service to guests
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by business needs
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred
