Summary
Project manage programme workstreams and sub-workstreams associated with the transfer of the research portfolio, supporting the smooth transition of a critical service to Evelina London by October 2026, and beyond. Responsible for managing and assessing a complex range of data involving the NIHR research portfolio and making informed recommendations which are focussed on outcomes that meet the objectives of the PTC Transformation programme. Responsible for the implementation and coordination of the R&D workstream as part of the PTC Programme. Facilitate meetings of clinicians, managers, patients and other partners to agree and negotiate priorities and action plans. Liaise with centres of excellence and expert advisory groups and ensure that the projects reflect current good and evidence-based practice. Develop, in conjunction with R&D Leads, Matrons and PTC Operational leads, relevant pathways of care and related Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guidance and protocols to improve models of care and governance related to the integration of the research portfolios. Responsible for the regulation and merger of incoming policies with Trust standards. Communicate highly complex, contentious and sensitive information on the progress of the projects and programme to key stakeholders, where negotiation and influencing skills are required to evoke action Proactively problem-solve and negotiate where issues arise in the development and implementation of the project. Develop reports or information relevant to the programme, liaising closely with the communication managers and bringing together outcomes from a variety of workstreams to contribute. Work autonomously across multiple professional, organisational and system boundaries and proactively plan, develop and sustain new partnerships and networks to influence and improve patient related outcomes and healthcare delivery system
