Summary
For further information on this role, please see the attached detailed Job Description and Person Specification:- To be the lead technician for all aseptic training within the aseptic service team in Sutton. To co-ordinate induction programmes for all non-rotational aseptic services staff and assist in induction programmes for other staff as required. To oversee the training, validation, and accreditation in technical processes of Pharmacists, Technicians and ATOs working within the aseptic suites ensuring staff are compliant with the accreditation and validation programme. To ensure that aseptic services standard operating procedures (SOPs) are adhered to, and production records and training documents are completed appropriately and in a timely manner. To provide regular training to all staff on relevant topics, either in response to change management or in response to practices observed. Oversee the competency assessment of staff working within the aseptic suite.
