About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to lead our successful conveyancing team as Head of Conveyancing. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to make a significant impact on the firm's growth and development. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the conveyancing department, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strong leadership and direction to the Residential Conveyancing
Department
- Manage and mentor a team of conveyancing professionals.
- Handle complex and high-value residential property transactions.
- Oversee all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions, from instruction to
completion.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and client service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other
professionals.
- Contribute to the firm's business development activities.

About You:

- Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing.
- Proven track record of success in a senior role within a conveyancing team.
- In-depth knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Client-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
