Summary
My client, a busy and hotel on the heart of Truro, is looking for a new Hotel Receptionist to join their team starting on a temporary basis!
Between 24th February - 2nd March with the possibility of becoming on going/ being Temp to Perm for the right candidate .
Hours:
• £12 -£13 per hour dependent on experience
• 40-45 hours/ week
• Shifts 6:00am – 2:00pm or 2:00pm – 10:00pm
• Must be flexible for both shift patterns and over the weekends
General Reception & Admin duties:
• Answering phones (responding to and redirecting queries)
• Responding to emails
• Greeting guests/assisting with their needs
• Checking guests in/out
• Dealing with queries and complaints
Essentially you will need:
• Previous Hotel Reception experience
• Experience working with Red Control
You must be able to work evenings and weekends!
