Summary
One of the UK’s leading independent care groups is now looking for a Registered Manager to join and lead the team at their fully CQC-“Good” nursing home in south Bristol.
As a purpose-built, modern home for older adults with complex health needs (such as frailty, dementia and post-stroke symptoms), the entire site was designed specifically to integrate evidence-based adaptations and memory-friendly techniques for the best of both accessibility and luxury living.

This is a permanent, full-time position for a Registered Manager.
As this is a nursing home, qualification as a Registered Nurse will be highly beneficial.
Person specification:
• (Essential) Experience as a Registered Manager for a care home, to have achieved positive inspection results (“Good” and above) during this time
• (Essential) Experience managing care homes with 40+ bed capacity
• (Essential) Experience managing care homes with at least 50% private occupancy
• (Essential) Sound practical knowledge of elderly/dementia care
• (Highly desirable) Registered with the NMC as a Registered Nurse (RN Adult / RMN / RNLD)
