Summary
Looking to make a difference for children living with a brain injury?
The Senior Administrator position is available for a highly organised, motivated and enthusiastic person and is located atthe Cambridge Centre for Paediatric Neuropsychological Rehabilitation (CCPNR) service inour Brookside Clinic, on Trumpington Road in Cambridge. You'll be part of a small, close knit team dedicated to the assessment and neuropsychological rehabilitation of children with an acquired, non-progressive brain injury.
The post holder will coordinate a comprehensive administrative service for CCPNR. An innovative specialist service, the first of its kind in the UK , which provides support across the East of England and further afield.

We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent people and listening skills, good telephone skills and the ability to work under pressure. You will need to be able to deal with difficult situations, as well as the ability to liaise with patients and professionals.
The successful candidate will have strong commitment to providing excellent customer care and will be expected to deliver a high standard of admin support to the clinical team. They will have good people skills, be aware of patient confidentiality and be able to work as part of a team.

Provide information and support to managers on the performance and conduct of members of staff and support with all informal and formal processes.
Support managers with the recruitment process.
Work with Line Manager to lead on the introduction and proactive management of any new processes and initiatives.
Deputise for the Line Manager when directed and required.
Word process documents as needed by, for example, medical staff, managers and/or a multi-disciplinary team. Typing will be from audio, direct dictation or written text. Some correspondence will be highly confidential and may be of a distressing nature.
