The role:
The Business Support Officer is based within our City Watch Service and plays a crucial role in the smooth delivery of our Security Operations by providing a high level of administration support to the service, with a flexible attitude
You will be expected to maintain accurate data and financial records and process information efficiently, with a full understanding of Data Protection
You will need strong communication skills and confidence to liaise with a range of service users, partners and agencies, as well as providing full support to the Operational Team Managers and the Operational Teams within the Service unit
You will also need strong business support skills to be able to complete a wide variety of administration tasks, plus previous experience of IT systems e.g. Office 365, Microsoft Teams
