Job Description:
We are currently seeking caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated individuals to join our team as Healthcare Assistants. In this role, you will provide support to individuals, helping them maintain their independence and achieve their personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting, in a respectful and dignified manner.
Support individuals with mobility and safe transfers, including the use of hoists where required.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding where necessary.
Administer or prompt medication as directed in the care plan.
Offer companionship and emotional support, building trusting relationships with service users.
Carry out light household tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and tidying.
Document and report the care provided, ensuring accurate and factual records are maintained.
Follow individual care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.
Respect confidentiality and safeguard service users in accordance with company and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

A caring and compassionate nature.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate or willingness to apply for one.
Up-to-date training in areas such as Manual Handling, First Aid, and Safeguarding (preferred but not essential).
A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
