Summary
The candidate must be able to prepare all kinds of meat and poultry for sale, to both domestic and commercial customers, working to strict timescales. They must be polite and able to serve customers at the shop counter and accurately take orders over the phone. Cleaning, with awareness of HACCP, will also be required.
