Summary

Your New Role
The purpose of the role is to is to be the focal point for all customer service enquiries on the DNP&P contract. Dealing with problems and customer enquiries, ensuring clear and concise information is relayed to relevant departments.​
You'll be assisting Project Managers on planned outages/ and various projects, dealing with UKPN scrap management and dealing as the Incident Administrator. You will create relevant reports and taking minutes for meetings with the client.
Principal Accountabilities:
Defect and charge management reporting.
Producing customer planned outage letters and reminder letters.
Communicate confidently and effectively, dealing with telephone and email enquiries liaising with members of the public, customers, and clients to resolve any issues.
Customer compensation and compensation report.
Reporting both positive and negative feedback (access database).
Creating the scrap report and liaising with the client for scrap audit and payments.
Log all incidents, creating reports and liaising with the client ensuring all incidents are closed out.
Create reports for the client performance meetings.
Attend the client performance meeting and take minutes.
​General administration and office duties.

About You
Required Qualifications & Professional Membership(s):
NVQ level 2 English and Maths or equivalent.
Relevant HNC level Qualification is desirable.
Experience in Utility Contracting or Local Authority is desirable.
​Full UK Driving Licence.​
Knowledge & Experience:
Experience of operating in a commercial, multi-divisional organisation.
A good understanding of MS office suite.
Experience of dealing with clients and supply chain.
Good Organisation, Planning Skills, Time Management and Prioritisation.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to work efficiently alone and as part of a team.
​Meticulous approach to ensuring accuracy of data.
