Summary

The Caretaker/Groundkeeper will be responsible for:
- opening and closing and ensuring the safety of the Felinfach Campus site;
- prepare rooms and resources for employees and users of the theatre and campus;
- maintenance of the buildings and resources;
- general maintenance of the land around the site;
- manage and monitor the site’s heating and fire safety systems;
- traffic management at busy times on campus;
- assist the catering team with shop sales during show breaks;
- assist the artistic team in creating resources/occasional props.
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, bilingual person who has:
- excellent practical skills;
- flexibility to respond to various situations;
- effective communication skills;
- the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- excellent time management;
- good organizational and coordination skills;
- relevant IT experience;
- full driving license and use of car.
