We are looking for an experienced Band 8a Cardiac Perfusionist to join the team at Oxford Heart Centre. This long-term NHS agency contract offers the opportunity to support cardiac theatre lists and provide critical assistance in a world-class heart surgery environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert perfusion support during cardiac procedures
- Operate and maintain heart-lung machines and other perfusion equipment
- Work closely with the surgical and anaesthetic teams to ensure the smooth running of cardiac theatre lists
- Assist in the management of patients requiring cardiopulmonary bypass and other perfusion techniques

Requirements:
- Must have UK-based experience as a Cardiac Perfusionist
- Proven ability to support cardiac theatre lists and manage perfusion equipment
- with The Society of Clinical Perfusion Scientists (SCPS)
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
