Summary
Hays Software Engineering are looking for a Laravel / PHP Developer to join a Global Insurance Business.
The Role:
- Lead the development scalable Laravel framework web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, technical specifications, and timelines.
- Architect and design robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in web development.
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on development experience with the Laravel framework.
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, PHP, MYSQL & related tech.
- Deep understanding of MVC design pattern, object-oriented programming, and software architecture.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Experience with version control systems.
