This exciting new role provides an opportunity to work within a whole-family recovery service as a Team Leader for the new Family Support and Safeguarding Team covering operational sites across Nottinghamshire.

Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £34,700.09 - £36,635.38 Dependent on experience (Based on full time hours, pro rata for part time)

As team leader, you will be responsible for the operational activity of Recovery Coordinators within the new Family Support and Safeguarding Teams (FSST), across Nottinghamshire. The postholder will work closely with partnership agencies (Children’s Services, domestic abuse services and mental health), as part of these new multi-disciplinary teams.

Your role will involve forming and fostering relationships with key partners, providing clear role modelling, leadership and supervision for your team, to ensure we are providing an effective service and meeting contractual requirements.

We would like to see a leader who can inspire others, can collaborate and foster good relationships and who can drive forward innovation to continually improve the service for those who work in and who access our services.

About you:

The successful candidate will have experience of leadership within the health/social care field, experience of managing safeguarding and delivering supervision that is reflective and based on professional development. They will have excellent knowledge of the key issues relating to substance use, and the ability to interact with a range of professionals on a range of levels to ensure the best outcomes for this cohort.
