Job title: ARAS Administrator

We are seeking a skilled ARAS Administrator for a future role that will involve developing, customizing, and managing ARAS Innovator, including system integrations, user access control, and performance optimization. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, collaborating with teams, and providing ongoing support for ARAS implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and extend ARAS Innovator to meet business requirements, leveraging the ARAS Innovator Administration Console and ARAS Innovator Configuration Tools.
Implement and manage ARAS Innovator API for integration with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
Design and develop custom solutions using ARAS Solution Studio to enhance the ARAS Innovator platform’s functionality.
Configure and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) within ARAS Innovator to define and enforce user permissions and security roles.
Use IIS Performance Monitor to analyze and optimize system performance, ensuring optimal operation of ARAS Innovator in production environments.
Conduct regular system maintenance and ensure the stability, scalability, and security of the ARAS Innovator platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ARAS Innovator functionality, performance, and integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and end-users, to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and ensure ARAS Innovator meets business objectives.

Provide ongoing support for ARAS Innovator implementations and ensure proper system updates, patches, and enhancements are applied.
Participate in testing and quality assurance processes to ensure newly implemented features meet business and functional requirements.

Required skills and experience:

Proven experience in ARAS Innovator development, including customizing workflows, forms, and objects using the ARAS Innovator Configuration Tools.
Hands-on experience with ARAS Solution Studio to build, test, and deploy custom solutions.
Expertise in integrating external systems with ARAS Innovator using the ARAS Innovator API.
Strong knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) for managing user access and permissions in ARAS Innovator.
Experience using IIS Performance Monitor for monitoring and optimizing system performance in ARAS Innovator environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues related to ARAS functionality, performance, and security.
Knowledge of ARAS Innovator Administration Console to manage and configure platform settings and administration tasks.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and ARAS Innovator platform.
Familiarity with SQL and database management within the context of ARAS Innovator.
Knowledge of IIS server management, including performance optimization and configuration.
Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems.
ARAS Innovator certification or other relevant industry certifications.
