Summary

Care with Agility Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs to ensure adherence to healthcare laws, regulations, and standards (e.g., CQC Health and Social Care Act). Monitor changes in healthcare legislation and regulations, and ensure the organisations policies and practices are updated accordingly. With the Heads of teams, design, develop and conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance risks and address issues promptly. Working with the Registered Manager, lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive quality assurance and improvement program to monitor, assess, and improve all clinical services to ensure patient safety. Financial Accountability Analyse quality data and lead investigations to identify trends, root causes of issues, or patient complaints and recommend solutions for continuous improvement. Maintain accurate records and prepare comprehensive reports on compliance and quality activities, including audit results, corrective actions, and outcomes. Present findings and recommendations to the Compliance and quality committees, senior leadership, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders. Supportive Culture Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters and ensure continuous education on legal and regulatory requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical, administrative, and operational staff, to ensure the successful implementation of compliance and quality initiatives. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality care throughout the organisation. Participate in leadership meetings and provide strategic recommendations related to compliance and quality improvement efforts.
