Part-Time Early Years Educator (Level 2 or 3)

What You’ll Be Doing
Plan, create, implement, and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones.
Develop and maintain strong parent/carer partnerships.
Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health, safety, and safeguarding.
Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy, and safe environment.
What We’re Looking For
Full and Relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (essential).
Previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Educator, or similar).
A passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with both colleagues and parents.
Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults.
Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children.
Qualifications and Experience Required
Essential:
Full and relevant Level 2/3 Early Years qualification or higher.
Experience:
Previous experience in an Early Years setting, such as Nursery Educator.
Knowledge & Skills:
A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and relevant legislation.
Proven ability to build strong, trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both children and adults.
Working Hours and Salary
Our settings operate from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, 52 weeks per year.
This role is for Monday, Tuesday and Friday.
